INQUIRING PHOTOGRAPHER

By Jules Ira Rubenstein

We asked Norwood residents:

"What do you think can be done to prevent shootings such as occurred at the high school in Colorado?"

"I understand the theory of economics, where the parents have to go out to work, but they must make a definite effort to keep up with their children and to see what's needed for their future."

Anthony Forlenza

"People need to be taught to respect each other. It's not the guns that kill, it's the people that pull the trigger."

Joe Caluri

"I think parents should be more involved with what their children are doing -- should pay more attention to them, know who their friends are and know what they're doing."

Isabel Henry

"They should search people and have metal detectors in schools, before they enter the school."

Jasmine Nunez

"Put an age limit on guns, so you have to be older, a little more mature to get guns."

Joseph Santiago
