We asked some of our readers what plans they have made to celebrate the new millenium on New Year's Eve.

"Because my husband and I long ago worked in restaurants and bars, we've never really cared for New Year's Eve and we'll just be at home."

"I'm working with cancer patients, who are dying.  So, it's not a great millennium, but I'll be with them for New Year's.  They have a New Year's party for the patients."
