INQUIRING PHOTOGRAPHER

By JULES IRA RUBENSTEIN

We asked readers what they thought about the guilty verdicts and jail sentences handed down to two former Enron executives.

A lot of people lost a lot of money [from Enron]. There will be other people doing this. [It’s been] happening since the beginning of time.

–Eddie Wilson

They’re crooks. They’ve got to get their share of punishment. If I was one of the jurors, I would have indicted them. The verdict is fair.

–Christopher Leon

I think it will be business as usual. I don’t think this will be an example for the rest of the corporate world.

–Mozella Montoute

I don’t think they should go to jail for the rest of their lives. A significant amount of time, but not until they die.

–Evete Melendez

The federal government and law enforcement should focus strongly on those types of crimes. They’ve been getting away with it for years. I think they’re still going to be getting away with it.

–Sario Anderson
