INQUIRING PHOTOGRAPHER

By Jules Ira Rubenstein

We asked residents if they thought President Bush and his administration had any responsibility for the Enron failure and scandal.

"I think President Bush is directly involved. He's covered it up. His family is involved."

Jimmy O'Neill

"It wasn't so much Bush, it wasn't so much Clinton. It was the fact that society let this happen because there were no checks and balances."

John Barton

"I don't think he had any influence and anything to do with the cover-up or anything to do with the company that went bankrupt. It's a coincidence that they contributed to the campaign."

Liz Beth Arce

"I think he had something to do with it. It's somewhat of a scandal. I think it's a cover-up. I can't prove it, but I've got my own beliefs."

Robert Schneider

"President Bush should have known about it, before he even got himself involved in it, and now that it's coming out, I think he should do something about it."

Lillian Flachofsky
