A Perfectly Seasoned Summer - Just Food:

. 7pm – 10pm. Join Sarah Sproule of Urban Sproule, New York City’s first and only rooftop salt farm, and Steve Dustin, Executive Chef at Monument Lane, for a private dinner in support of Just Food. Guests will enjoy an exclusive tour of the rooftop farm, accompanied by cocktails showcasing fresh herbs from the farm's greenhouse, and a tasting of fine rooftop-produced raw sea salts. A seated dinner will follow, featuring a four-course menu by Chef Dustin highlighting fresh summer produce, locally-raised meat, Long Island caught fish, and regional wines.
